Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using MyFreeAudioTool ("the site", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

MyFreeAudioTool provides free, browser-based audio utilities. All processing happens locally on your device; the service consists of web pages and program code delivered to your browser. We do not receive, store or transmit your audio files.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You are solely responsible for the content you process. In particular, you must have the legal right to edit and use any audio you load into the tools — respect copyright law in your jurisdiction. Making personal-use ringtones or edits of media you own is typically fine; redistributing copyrighted material is not.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Audio processing results depend on your browser and device; we do not guarantee that any tool will work for every file, format or device, or that output (including analysis results such as BPM and key) will be free of defects. Always keep your original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFreeAudioTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including loss of data or files — arising from use of the service.

6. Third-party components

The tools rely on open-source libraries (including FFmpeg and the LAME MP3 encoder, compiled to WebAssembly) loaded from public CDNs, each under its own license. Their availability is outside our control.

7. Advertising and analytics

The site is free and may be supported by advertising. Analytics and ads are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
